Our sessions will be

    Our initial session will be dedicated to assessing your current physical, mental and emotional health and wellbeing, plus identifying your specific goals and desired outcome. You will start to work on action points YOU choose to begin your new, more positive and aligned lifestyle.

    No matter what part of your life holds the pressure, stress or emotion, you can use the toolkit you will create across them all.

  • Targeted

    Everyone is unique and it is never 'one size fits all'. We will work to ensure that you resonate with and enjoy the resources, practices and ultimately the toolkit you create to address life’s challenges, both during our time working together and in your future!,

    I support you to take a holistic approach, ensuring you are addressing the root causes of trauma, pain and pressures in your life. Where necessary, we will ensure you reach out to other specialists in their field, ensuring that you have the help you need and create tailored approach to help you be connected with your intuition, balanced and aligned emotionally, plus positive, empathetic and open to living authentically, naturally and positively.

    I work closely with you every step of the way to help identify, release and manage your triggers, offering check-in opportunities between appointments if needed.

    The journey is a truly liberating one and if you commit to the process and work, my aim is to see you thrive with your sustainable health and wellbeing plan, but of course I always welcome ad-hoc checkin appointments or refreshers if you need them in the future.
