Our sessions will be

    Our initial session will be dedicated to assessing your current physical, mental and emotional wellness and identifying your specific goals ad desired outcome.. You will start to work on some action points YOU choose to begin your new, more positive and aligned lifestyle.

  • Targeted Approach

    Everyone has is unique and it is never 'one size fits all'. We will work to ensure that you receive the full body wellness, not only through the work I support you with, but were necessary through recommendations to specialists in their field.. I’ll work closely with you every step of the way to to help identify and release your triggers, with check-in opportunities between appointments.

  • Integrative

    The future is untold and the practices you integrate into your daily lifestyle will help you work with a toolkit of resources that help you such as mindfulness, meditation, breath work, journalling, grounding and more.
