YOUR ‘SELF-CARE & PAMPERING’ WELLNESS DAY

A one day wellness experience to assist you in your journey of investment in self. As the year starts to drawn close, it is time to re-evaluate the intentions you set for yourself for the year and recognise what YOU truly need to do to care for yourself, whilst enjoying some quality ‘ME’ time with like-minded peers.

Start your day with a hot drink and a snack in a beautiful setting, details of which will be confirmed soon . There will be a group grounding exercise and a guided meditation which will follow a purifying cacao ceremony. The focus of this day will be on pampering yourself with activities that help you identify what you truly need and enjoy as the New Moon draws close. We will do an exercise to help you release trauma or emotion from the year, ensuring you feel lighter, grounded and recharged over the coming winter months and transition period into 2025. You will enjoy a 1-2-1 taster session with one of the practitioners joining us before closing the day with a restorative sound bath and re-grounding. 

Practitioner options will include reflexology, reiki, havening, intuitive energy healing, past life healing or an intuitive guidance reading. We will do our best to ensure you receive one of your top 3 choices with spaces allocated on a first come basis when you buy your ticket. See our practitioners here

Lunch and refreshments are included.

What you will need to bring: you, your water bottle, yoga mat, blanket & pillow and an open mind ready to work with the toolkit items shared on the day.
